Karen is utterly brilliant! She reassured me from the get-go and created the most positive and vibrant atmosphere amongst the crew with her Auz banter. She knew I was nervous (well, actually, terrified!) but stayed calm and patient, teaching me the basics and giving me the time to get things wrong, and wrong again, until I finally did it right...Karen's patience and encouragement made me feel like I was capable of sailing, and the skills that Karen taught me from the beginning have stayed with me and allowed me to continue learning...
