My sailing journey began 13 years ago with a weekend on the Solent and a crossing to the Channel Islands, and I have been hooked ever since. Over the past decade, I have built up my experience steadily, mostly sailing the Solent with regular trips and holidays in Europe along the way.

Racing has also been a big part of my sailing life. I have done several weekend regattas and genuinely loved the different skills and discipline it demands compared to cruising.

That passion for the water eventually led me to a new chapter, eventually becoming an RYA Cruising Instructor. I wanted to share sailing with others and help them fall in love with it as much as I have. I now teach everyone from complete beginners through to Day Skipper level, sailing the Solent and on clients' own boats. I hope to expand this work considerably in the years ahead.
